Meal Plans

If you have selected a meal plan through your housing registration, your plan will automatically be added the week prior to the semester start.  Funds will be available to spend based on payments made against your student account balance or enrollment in a payment plan.

 

If you have questions or problems with using your meal plan or Bison Bucks, contact the central cashier at cashier@utahtech.edu or call 435.652.7605.

 

The last day to change or drop your meal plan is the end of the 3rd week of the semester.  Please refer to the Academic calendar for specific important dates.

Approximately $50 per week.

Plan B

Approximately $73 per week.

Plan C

Approximately $97 per week.

$1,650

Plan D

Approximately $132 per week.

Selecting the right Meal Plan for you

Students can sign up for a Meal Plan during Housing registration or by emailing cashier@utahtech.edu

Off-campus students also can sign up for a Meal Plan.

Meal Plan amount listed is per semester.  Approximate per week is determined by 15 weeks (average) of school per semester.

Changing your Meal Plan

Any changes such as adding, removing, changing amount to Meal Plan can be done by contacting the central cashier at cashier@utahtech.edu, by phone at 435.652.7605, or in person on the 1st floor of the Holland Centennial Commons & Library (HCC) building.

 

The last day to change or drop your meal plan is the end of the 3rd week of the semester.  Please refer to the Academic calendar for specific important dates.

 

Unused Meal Plan money will carry on to the next semester as long as you are an active student. After a six month period of card inactivity, the remaining meal plan will be expunged.

 

Meal Plans and Bison Bucks are non-refundable.

 

Holidays & breaks

Utah Tech Dining Services will be closed for the Holiday Breaks. We will have Vouchers available for purchase at the Dining Services Office that will be good at local restaurants, within walking distance of Resident Life.

Alternate food arrangements will need to be made for those students remaining on campus during the holiday break. Dining Services will offer Trailblazer Takeaways as a Grab & Go option for students on campus.

Dining hours of operation are subject to change during Holidays and Breaks.
